I made my first purchase on e-bay last week. I suppose I am behind the times, but I just had never investigated it before. I feel as though I made a great deal on this 7 piece bedspread set, which included the comforter, two shams, three pillows, and a bedskirt (although I didn't put it on). The one I had on previously matched and I added the cowprint pillows. I found another seller on e-bay who had the same exact set for double the price, so I feel I made a good purchase. Our bed is extremely large and as you can see, just fits in this room. It is not the master, but we chose to use it this room due to the fact that it has a ceiling fan. Anyhow, the comforter is not as great of quality as I had anticipated, but it will work. I let Tim pick it out..he had three choices, and needless to say this one wasn't my first choice. :)
On to this little turd below...I had to let her outside today because I was trying to clean, due to the exterminator coming. She likes to bite the vaccum and get in between my legs....well, I open the back door to let her in and she is not in the backyard so I start freaking out...I called Tim crying and told him, "Someone stold her!" Last year Daisy (our first shnauzer) was taken from our yard. After driving around I yell again for her and she is the neighbors back yard..I finally find out that she is squeezing through a loose board. At least she is safe at home, but she is not all there. When she was about seven weeks old she got a concussion, thanks to yours truly. I am starting to think she is a "special dog with special needs." I think she is retarded...poor baby! I still love her though!!!

Yesterday I hung out all day with Tausha in Odessa. It was her birthday and we had a great time catching up. In other news, two-a-days start monday..then a new schoolyear soon after. Where oh where has the summer gone? I know....to me sitting around on my butt gushing over my new assets!! ha...we will see if anyone at school notices. I was TOLD I am teaching English this year, due to the fact that I am "the most highly qualified" teacher in the school (besides the other english teachers). I really did enjoy the last three years teaching health....I like english and concepts always came easy to me..but it is not easily taught..especially in the days of the dreaded TAKS test and text messaging...kids can't even write a formal compostion anymore. I think it is going to be difficult for me because my brain has turned to mush...I can't even think of words anymore. It is going to get busy here pretty soon so who knows how often I will post!
