I forgot to add that I had my first "theraputic massage" on Friday. We actually have a place here that does it and the woman is wonderful!! My muscles were so tight she had to work them first before she could start. Just by rubbing me, she could tell my body needed lots more water and she said that I had alot of toxins built up. I think I may try the aqua chi foot bath that gets rid of all that stuff. Cody has been doing it and it seems to be working.
I think I found a new way to pamper myself.
